Payment and shipping plugins tested on staging, checkout and order-flow monitoring and a four-hour response, on Commerce Care.
A hacked, broken or offline site fixed for $199 flat with a 24-hour turnaround, no plan needed.
Security and malware cleanup
Malware scanning on every plan, login protection and firewall rules, and malware cleanup included from Business Care up.
Edits and small fixes
From 30 minutes a month on Essential Care to 2 hours on Business and 3 on Commerce, for text and image changes, plugin settings and small fixes.
What happens to my site each week?
Each week we update WordPress, your theme and your plugins, then check the site visually so a broken page does not go unnoticed. On Business Care and up, updates are tested on a staging copy of your site before they touch the live one.
Every day your site is backed up to a separate location and the backups are kept for 30 days. Malware scanning and uptime monitoring run all the time, and once a month you get a plain report of what we updated, backed up and fixed.

Do I need a plan to get help?
No. The Emergency Fix and Speed Optimization are one-off services, and you can book either without a plan.
Will updates break my site?
Every update gets a visual check afterwards, and from Business Care up updates are tested on staging first, so problems are caught before your visitors see them.
Can you clean up a hacked site?
Yes. Malware cleanup is included on Business Care and up. Not on a plan? The Emergency Fix is $199 flat.
Do you work with WooCommerce stores?
Yes. Commerce Care is built for WooCommerce, with the checkout monitored and store issues answered within four hours in business hours.
Can you make changes to my site's content?
Yes. Every plan includes edit time each month, from 30 minutes on Essential Care to 3 hours on Commerce Care.
