What happens after you choose a plan?

You check out online, then we take a full backup of your site, set up uptime and security monitoring and run a first update pass. From then on the weekly care runs on its own, and every month you get a plain report of what we updated, backed up and fixed.

QUESTIONS

Questions about our WordPress maintenance plans

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Every plan is month to month with no minimum term, and your first month comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Paying for a year up front gets you two months free.

How many sites does a plan cover?

One site per plan. Looking after several sites? Priority Care is quoted per site.

Do you host my website?

No. Your site stays with your current host; we look after WordPress itself.

What if I need more time than my plan includes?

Extra work beyond your plan's hours is $99 an hour.

Which plan is right for me?

Essential Care suits a brochure site that mostly needs to stay current and safe. Business Care suits a site that brings in leads and gets regular changes. Commerce Care is for WooCommerce stores, where the checkout has to keep working.

What is the difference between Business Care and Commerce Care?

Commerce Care adds WooCommerce care: payment and shipping plugins tested on staging, checkout and order-flow monitoring, a weekly performance check, an extra hour of fixes and a four-hour response in business hours.

Not sure which plan fits?

Ask for a free site health check and we will tell you what your site needs, no strings.
