We are based in the Sacramento area and work remotely with site owners across the United States, so where you are does not change the care you get.

Every update gets a visual check afterwards, and on Business Care and up it is tested on a staging copy before it reaches your live site.

Email us and a WordPress specialist replies, the next business day on Essential Care and the same business day on Business Care and up.
Backups kept off site
Daily backups are stored away from your server and kept for 30 days, so a bad day can be undone.

What we updated, backed up and fixed, written so you can read it in a minute.
